Uncovered Your Secret [Takuma Ichijou Drabble]

[Name] could not believe what Idol had done to her! Up until now, she’d thought that he was a pretty nice guy, but now she knew that she’d been wrong this entire time. She didn’t know how he had known about her crush, but he’d decided that today would be the day to blurt it out to everyone in the Night and Day Class. Right in front of Takuma. Right after she fell flat on her face trying to get away from the rush of the Day Class crowd.

And now, [Name] was just sitting underneath one of the larger trees on Cross Academy’s grounds, her [length][hair] disheveled due to her fall and her constantly running her fingers through it in distress.

She’d been unable to look at Takuma after Aidou’s announcement. She’d been way too embarrassed, knowing that her face was probably beet red due to the blonde males annoying actions.

The sound of crunching leaves caught [Name]’s attention and she blinked, turning to look and see who was coming her way. When she saw that it was Takuma, her face turned red once more and she reached up to try and fix her hair slightly.

Ichijo was smiling gently as he rounded the tree, coming to a stop in front of [Name]. [Name] stared down at the ground, causing a silence to envelope them. When Ichijo suddenly sat on the ground beside her, she blinked and turned to look at him. “You shouldn’t do that. Your uniform will get dirty,” she muttered to him.

Ichijo shrugged, laying back next to [Name] and resting his head on his arms as he stared up at the thin layer of leaves that the tree still had on its branches. “Uniforms can be washed. It doesn’t concern me.”

“And what does concern you?” [Name] asked curiously, peering down at him.

“Well, that fact that Aidou revealed your secret today concerns me.”

“Oh,” [Name] said glumly, turning to face forward once more, resting her chin on her knees. Ichijo suddenly stood next to her, looking down at her and drawing her attention once more.

“Don’t look so down about it, [Name]. One way or another, I found out what I wanted to learn and it pleased me,” he stated before turning and walking off, leaving [Name] sitting there stunned and feeling silly for hiding her secret for so long.
